Ok so Hoax is possible. But other factors would be that the casino business isnt traditionally without nasty, messy underhanded corruption.

Also MN being as it is its notable the officer being the first Somali on the force.

All Im gonna say is that if you are an officer-after the shit I've experienced over the past ten years, body cams may serve to protect officers not just citizen civilians. Nuff said.
